These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the M.A.D Landscape Services & More LLC website and services. By requesting a quote or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

Service Scope

M.A.D Landscape Services & More LLC provides landscaping and related services in Champaign County, Illinois, including lawn care and maintenance, landscape design and installation, stump grinding, tree removal and trimming, yard cleanup and debris removal, and snow removal. The specific work to be performed for you is the work described in your written quote or agreement.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are free and provided after we review your property and project details. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. If the scope of work changes, or site conditions differ materially from what was described or visible at the time of the quote, we will discuss and agree on any price adjustment with you before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduled dates may shift due to weather or site conditions; we will notify you of any changes as early as we can. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice by phone or text at (217) 550-4328.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit, which will be stated in your quote. Unpaid balances may pause future scheduled work until resolved.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of completion and we will return to make it right at no additional charge.

SMS Terms of Service

These SMS terms apply to text messages sent by M.A.D Landscape Services & More LLC.

When you opt in to text messaging, you can expect messages such as quote follow-ups, appointment and estimate reminders, scheduling updates, and service notifications. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional offers and seasonal discounts.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (217) 550-4328. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 2-6 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M.A.D Landscape Services & More LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Illinois law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state courts located in Champaign County, Illinois.
